All of our corsets are developed with a fully adjustable One Size (34 to 38) architecture. Thanks to the haute couture lacing system and adaptive support bands, a single piece perfectly adapts to morphological variations within these ranges while enhancing cup sizes A, B, and C.

For all of our skirt collections, only Size 36 is produced. Its cut offers a subtly extended comfort of approximately 2 cm at the hips to beautifully adapt to XS and S silhouettes. Its exclusive total length is fixed at 30 cm.

At Selenne, each creation is the result of rigorous craftsmanship and a constant quest for perfection. If, however, your piece does not bring you the full satisfaction you expected, our Maison will assist you in facilitating your return or exchange process, with the elegance and responsiveness that define us.
I. Return and Eligibility Conditions
To preserve the integrity of our collections, all returned items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in new condition, having not been worn, used, washed, or altered.
- It must be presented in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, care booklets, protective covers, and sealed tags.
- The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.
II. Defective Items or Delivery Errors
Maison Selenne pays special attention to the quality control of its shipments. If, despite our precautions, you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or that does not match your original order:
- Please inform us immediately via retour@selenne-paris.com.
- After verification by our workshops, return shipping costs, as well as the replacement or full refund of the item, will be fully covered by our Company in the event of a defective item. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
III. Return Request Procedure
Before sending any package, we invite you to submit an official request for return authorization. This step allows our advisors to validate the eligibility of your return and guide you through the subsequent steps.

IV. Transportation and Reimbursement
Once your request has been validated by our customer service, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the steps to follow for shipping.
- For a size exchange: Selenne is pleased to offer you free shipping for your new item. We believe that choosing the perfect size is essential to your experience.
- For a refund: Shipping costs for returning the item remain your sole responsibility. The refund will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 7 to 10 business days after receipt and validation of the item's condition by our experts.
